In order to minimize conflicts of interest, PDG, as a third party product screener, receives, compiles, and reviews submissions to ensure that only non-confidential information is evaluated by Staples. The initial screening of product submissions is focused on determining the likelihood of a potential match between the product opportunity and Staples.
