By submitting my new product idea non-confidential information to you, I agree as follows: 

1.  All submissions are voluntary on my part.  No confidential or contractual relationship is to be established by the submissions or implied from consideration of the submissions.

2. I am making this submission on a NON-CONFIDENTIAL basis. I agree that there is no confidential relationship whatsoever implied by this submission or by any subsequent evaluation of the submission and neither PDG nor Staples is obligated to keep my submission confidential.

3. I verify that I am the owner of the technology or idea being submitted and am legally free to make this submission and to convey patent rights or any other intellectual property rights.

4. My submission does not create any obligation on the part of Staples or PDG and neither shall be liable  for any  damages in connection with my submission.  To the best of my knowledge, my submission and my product idea do not infringe on any third party's intellectual property or other rights.

5. With regard to my product idea and the submission, Staples is not obligated to respond to my submission.

6. I understand my submission will not be returned to me and that it may be destroyed  without further notice to me.

7. My product idea may be similar to other submissions or may already be known to Staples and/or to PDG.  Neither Staples nor PDG are under any obligation to reveal projects that are the same or similar to my submission or to reveal any information to me that either may learn through investigation of my submission.

8. I understand and accept the statements set forth above and accept them without reservation.

9. The foregoing conditions may not be modified or waived. There are no other understandings or agreements between or among PDG, Staples and me.
