Timeline

The review and evaluation process is a multi-step process. You should expect a response to your submission within 8-12 weeks. 

The information is first compiled and screened by PDG. A summary of ideas is prepared by PDG which is then reviewed by designated Staples staff.   Once the review is complete:

• You may be notified that Staples is interested in receiving additional information. This may include being asked to sign Staples’ non-disclosure agreement. Additional steps will be described at that time. Only upon the full and complete execution of a non-disclosure agreement will there be any obligation on the part of PDG or Staples to keep your idea confidential, or

• You may be contacted with a request for additional non-confidential information, or

• PDG may request clarification of the information you’ve submitted, or

• You will be notified by PDG that no match is apparent.
